Yes it’s fun and adventurous but also extremely nerve wracking. Nicole and her team relieved so much of that stress for me and my family. They kept us up to date and informed on every step of the way, they helped stage/set up for showings, provided to do lists to aid in set up, the sale, and the move out itself, they truly made you feel like you were set up for success. Nicole’s team is refreshingly real and understood the stress and work that goes into upheaving your entire life.
I’ve worked with a few realtors now and Nicole completely surpassed expectations that had been set by others.

She gave us excellent advice on what to keep and what to declutter, but she even brought in her own props to help beautifully stage the space. If you want a realtor who is genuinely invested in your success and puts in 110% effort, she is the absolute best!! We had decided to go with a different realtor this time as our home had almost 20 showings the first time with no offers!!! We listed with Nicole and had an offer on the FIRST showing!!
